God's Secret Service Agents Regularly Conduct Secret Surveillance to Identify Individuals in Need and Conduct Secret Covert Missions of Kindness and Service!

The Bible tells us in Proverbs 19:17 that “he that hath pity on the poor lendeth to the Lord and that which he hath given will be paid back to him.” Proverbs 28:27 says that “He that giveth unto the poor shall not lack; but he that hideth his eyes shall have many a curse. The poor can be defined broadly as anyone in need (physically, emotionally, spiritually, financially). Anyone who is less fortunate than you, needs words of encouragement, are lonely, or who doesn’t know Christ, is in need. That covers just about everyone!

As a GSS Agent, you are encouraged to regularly conduct secret surveillance in your daily life in order to identify people in need. OBSERVE people and LISTEN to what they say they may need. Then, plan small or large creative ways to use your words, time, talent or resources to secretly meet identified needs. You will have joy and fulfillment in planning and executing your covert missions of service and you will be storing up treasures in Heaven!

When meeting the need of your “Mission Assignment,” don’t forget to write a note that conveys one or more of the following heartfelt messages:

  • Encourages the person that he/she is loved and/or is highly valued;

  • Encourages him/her that there are caring people in the world who want to help his/her;

  • Points him/her to Christ, by including an uplifting scripture or quote;

  • Communicates that God has answered his/her prayer and has the power and desire to change his/her life for the better; and/or

  • Communicates that he/she has just been helped by one of God’s Secret Service Agents. Your signature should only include your GSS Agent Number, Mission Squad or Special Forces name.

You can create or write your own anonymous notes or order GSSA Agent “Calling Card,” note cards, postcards or stickers from the Mission Gear Store.

Secret Missions don't always Have to Involve Spending Money

Be creative! Secretly leaving a note of encouragement on a stranger’s car or doing the work on a sick co-worker’s desk can make a world of difference in that person’s life!  Monthly secret missions suggestions from GSSA HQ will often include ones that don’t cost any money just observation, a little bit of time, consideration and kindness, which are things most of us can afford to do.

Always remember to do your good deeds not looking for thanks or anything in return from your “Mission Assignment” knowing that God will meet your own needs and bless you openly and abundantly! After completing your mission, login into the "Mission Accomplished" forum to report the missions you completed to inspire other agents and get ideas for other secret missions you can conduct.
