Dr. Lattibeaudiere is an innovative nonprofit, education and government leader with more than 35 years of experience working to improve organizations and help people in need. She actively collaborates with various nonprofit organizations, including developing and leading a “Kindness Koalition” of nonprofit organizations that focuses on amplifying the impact of kindness within communities. She is married, has one grown child and loves to read, travel, and sew.

Kimberlee is a highly competent business administrator and small business owner who has successfully assisted small and minority owned businesses to win contract work with government and private industry. She and her husband run a successful real estate business and give back to the community. She is married and has one daughter, who is the joy of her life.

She has extensive experience working with various ministries in her church and actively participates in community charitable events. Derrick was a highly successful software engineer who managed, mentored and helped a lot of young engineers throughout his 35+ year career. He is active in his church and serves as a guest preacher, Men’s Ministry leader, and in the Urban Outreach Street Ministry feeding the Homeless. He’s married, has one grown daughter and loves to travel, fly his drone, photography and writing poetry.
CHARITABLE GIVING CHAIRPERSON
Deborah Bates
Retired, Paralegal and Substitute School Teacher
Board Member Since 2015
Deborah owned her own business as an Esthetician/Manicurist, as well as being a Substitute Teacher. She is also a successful paralegal helping people with a variety of socially conscious legal issues including, evictions, bankruptcy, child custody issues and divorce/family law. Deborah is active in her church in Women’s Ministry, Bible Studies and Small Groups. She has one son and a granddaughter and loves to cook, travel and afternoon high tea.

Mya is a successful medical Dosimetrist/Radiation Oncology Specialist who has a strong heart for people in need. She provides a fresh and young point of view to the Board. As a young wife and mother, she participates in charitable community activities through her job and GSSA. She has been involved with her church in the technology ministry and Bible studies and loves music, wineries and going to the beach.

Heather has 20+ years of experience leading and training private sector and government agencies in the implementation and application of Lean and Six Sigma principles. She has experience working with children as a co-owner of several Mathnasiums, a math learning center for children, which she also uses to bless children in need. She volunteers through her church and community organizations that serve the homeless and less fortunate people in her community.

Carole has over 15 years administrative experience and has worked in many industries in many parts of the country. She’s married and enjoys the outdoors, the beach and spending time with family and friends.
