National Bible Week is from November 16, 2025, to November 22, 2025.

National Bible Week began in the early 1940s, during a period when the world was facing tremendous uncertainty. Brought into observance by U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt, National Bible Week recognized non-believers and offered readings and guidance from the pages of the Bible.

Leaders saw the value of encouraging Americans to draw strength and hope from scripture and over the years National Bible Week has grown into a nationwide celebration within communities.
