May 2023 Secret Mission Focus
SENIORS
May is National Seniors Month. Many seniors have spent their lives contributing to our society.
They are our parents, grandparents, neighbors and friends, who are sometimes vulnerable and
in need of our help.
Seniors, like everyone else, appreciate acts of kindness because it makes them feel valued and
cared for. Seniors often face issues such as:
-
Social isolation: Many seniors experience social isolation, especially if they live alone or have limited mobility.
-
Physical limitations: Seniors may have physical limitations that make it difficult for them to perform certain tasks or engage in activities they enjoy.
-
Health issues: Seniors may also be dealing with health issues that can make them feel vulnerable or scared.
Your mission this month, should you choose to accept it, is to secretly do a small act of kindness
to help make the life of a senior better.
As always, if you are captured or killed, God your Commander will not leave you hanging. He
will rescue you and ensure that you will live forever in paradise.
You can choose to complete one of the secret missions/acts of kindness from the list below this
month to help a senior, or think of one of your own. And, don’t forget to also report your secret
mission accomplished on the “Mission Accomplished” page on the GSSA website.
