Q: What is GSSA trying to accomplish? 

A: Recruit and empower an army of millions of God’s Secret Service Agents who will spread love, kindness and hope in our world by conducting secret acts of kindness and service to positively change the world for Christ!

Q: Why do Secret Service Missions? 

A: Because God said in Matthew: 6 1-2: “Take care! Don’t do your good deeds publicly or before men in order to be seen by them; otherwise you will have no reward with and from your Father Who is in heaven.”

Q: What do Volunteer GSS Agents do?

A: They periodically secretly do kind deeds to help their family, friends, co-workers or other members of their community. 

Q: Who are the founders of GSSA and who oversees it? 

A: Volunteers from all walks of life who are passionate about helping people anonymously and not getting any credit for their acts of kindness. The organization is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors.

Q: IS GSSA a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization?

A: Yes.

Q: How do I sign up and get involved as a GSS Agent? 

A: Complete the Individual GSS Agent Sign-Up Form by clicking the “Volunteer” button at the top of the GSSA Website.

Q: How do I volunteer for the GSSA Headquarters Team? 

A: Navigate to the Give Page, scroll to the bottom of the page to see the “Volunteer with the GSSA Headquarters Team” form. Complete and submit the form and you will be contacted by GSSA Headquarters.

Q: What is the purpose of my secret GSS Agent Number?

A:  When you sign-up as an GSS Agent you will select an “undercover” Secret Service Agent number that you will use to protect your identity when you complete secret missions and will automatically appear when you report your missions accomplished on the GSSA website.

Q: How do I know what secret missions to do? 

A: Go to the Find Missions Page of the website where you can find secret missions for the current month, past months and a free eBook with more than 90 secret missions that you can download. You can also do your own secret missions to help family members, friends, co-workers, neighbors, strangers or the community.

Q: Can I do my Secret Missions alone?

A:  Yes. But sometimes you will need a co-conspirator friend to help you depending on the secret mission you have in mind.

Q: What is a Secret Mission Assignment?

A:  These are monthly missions posted by GSSA Headquarters that target a specific group of people like single parents, veterans, teachers, co-workers, etc. You are encouraged, but not required to do one of those missions each month or come up with one of your own. 

Q: How often do I have to do a secret mission?

A: GSS Agents are encouraged to conduct one of the suggested GSSA Secret Missions of the Month or covertly spy out the needs of people around them and conduct their own secret mission/act of kindness to help.

Q: What is a Mission Calling Card? 

A: A Mission Calling Card is an anonymous note or card that conveys a heartfelt message to the people you help with your secret missions. The note should be signed with your GSSA Secret Agent number rather than your name. You can create or write your own anonymous notes or order GSSA Agent “Calling Card,” note cards, postcards or stickers from the Mission Gear Store.

Q: Does it cost money to do secret missions?

A: No, It does not cost money to do secret missions. Monthly secret missions suggestions from GSSA HQ will often include ones that don’t cost any money just observation, a little bit of time, consideration and kindness, which are things most of us can afford to do.

Q: Where do I find other Secret Mission ideas?

A: You can find other Secret Mission ideas by clicking on the “Find Missions” Tab on the GSSA Website.

Q: What do I do after completing my Secret Missions? 

A: Anonymously report missions you have completed on the “Mission Accomplished” tag on the GSSA Website.

Q: Why should I report my missions accomplished? 

A: To inspire and give other Agents ideas of missions they can do to help others! It also helps GSSA Headquarters evaluate the impact of its efforts to help the community.

Q: How do I report missions after I complete them?

A:  Click on the “Mission Accomplished” page on the GSSA Website. Login using your email and password and the system will identify you by your GSS Agent number when you report. Type your mission accomplished in the comment box, and if desired like/comment on other Agent posts.

Q: How do GSS Agent Ranks work? 

A: As you complete more and more secret missions/acts of kindness, your security clearance as a GSS Agent will increase in rank.

Q: What are some of the Individual GSS Agent Ranks?

A: GSSA Field Agent, Senior Agent and Special Agent

Q: What are the criteria for promotion to the next GSS Agent Rank? 

A: GSSA Agents increase in rank after reporting 20 or more missions accomplished on the GSSA website.

Q: What can I earn as I increase in Rank? 

A: You will earn a GSS Agent Promotion Certificate, gift cards or free merchandise from the GSSA Gear Shop.

Q: What is an Agent Briefing Room? 

A: An Agent Briefing Room is a way for GSS Agents to interact with GSS Headquarters and other GSS Agents on various topics.

Q: How are Agent Briefing Rooms organized?

A: Agent Briefing Rooms are organized by different topics, ex: Converse with GSSA Headquarters.

Q: How many people can go into an Agent Briefing Room?

A: As many as possible! :)

Q: How do I purchase GSSA items online? 

A: Simply click on the "Shop" tag on the GSSA Website to view a wide variety of GSSA merchandise.

Q: Where do the sales proceeds go?

A: All the sales proceeds go directly to conducting Secret Mission/Acts of Kindness and service projects to help others in need.

Q: How can I donate to GSSA? 

A: You can donate by clicking on the “Donate” button at the top of the “Give” page to donate online or you can donate by mail using the address on the page. You can make a one-time donation or recurring gift in the amount of your choice. You can also make a memorial contribution or birthday gift in honor of a loved one or friend.

Q: How can a portion of my Amazon purchases be donated to GSSA?

A: All you have to do is make your purchases through Smile.Amazon.com. The products and processes are exactly the same as the regular Amazon site. Q: What are the funds donated to GSSA used for?

A: GSSA Headquarters raises funds to conduct secret missions to directly help individuals in need, on a larger scale locally and nationally and to partner/coordinate with business and organizations to assist needy customers, employees, or members of the community.
